1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing AVA you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Eligibility
AVA is intended for adults 18 years or older. Certain tiers of membership are offered by invitation only and may require additional verification.
3. Membership and accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. AVA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a manner that risks the integrity or discretion of the service.
4. Recommendations and reservations
AVA provides curated recommendations and may facilitate reservation requests on your behalf. Availability, pricing and confirmation rest with the venue. AVA is not the operator of any third-party venue and is not responsible for the goods or services they provide.
5. Payments
Where membership fees apply, they are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by means other than the interface provided, or use it to harass, harm or impersonate others.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding and software associated with AVA are the property of AVA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zürich, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
